Well it does.

We know that keeping your home, neighborhood, and the city clean is important, and we also know that you want it to be as easy and convenient as possible. That’s why we offer curbside garbage collection, for a nominal fee, to participating Clayton residents. So to make this happen, the City of Clayton contracts with a company to provide residential garbage collection within City Limits.
