PUBLIC HEARING – PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE

A hearing will be held at the City of Clayton located at 837 Highway 76 West on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 9:00 am in the City of Clayton Courtroom.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the proposal of Omar Zavala to rezone the lots located at 37 Bynum Street/0 Holden Street from the present zoning of Residential Zone (R2) Parcel # (042D010) and Highway Business (HB) Parcel # (042D009A, 042D009 and 042B014) to Planned Unit Development Units (P.U.D.) in accordance with City Code 46-591. The plat and letter of intent are available to review at City Hall. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with Sec. 46-598 of the City Zoning Code.
